*Color belt gup rank certificates upon promotion. 
*Certified Black Belt instruction in ALL classes. 

Staples location monthly prices

1 Student = $45.00 + per month
2 Students (same family) = $50.00 + per month
3 Students (same family) = $60.00 + per month
Monthy prices do not include the initial sign-up fee which includes the uniform and 4 patches.
​The initial sign-up fee and uniform fee are due at the time of sign-up.
